FOREIGN Affairs and International Trade minister Sibusiso Moyo has assured international investors and other stakeholders that President ED was ready to relinquish his position if he losses in the upcoming presidential.
Minister Moyo said:
“If an opposition candidate is victorious in the elections, President Mnangagwa is prepared to accept. Political contestants must not override national interests. People can come and go, but the State is more important.”
Moyo, who is currently on an international trip in a bid to lure more foreign investors, explained that the the new government had stopped the media’s political censorship and allowed all political parties to campaign freely ahead of the polls.
